By engaging with G.M. Collington Consulting Inc., you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services Provided

G.M. Collington Consulting Inc. offers certified coaching, training, workshops, and speaking services to help individuals, teams, and organizations build stronger connections, improve communication skills, and create healthier work environments. Services are educational and experiential, designed to foster personal and professional growth.

Client Payment & Billing

  • Services are provided on a paid basis as outlined at the time of booking or registration.

  • Payment is required in full before participation unless other arrangements are explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or agreed.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions or events.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions without notice may result in forfeiture of the session and associated fees.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, worksheets, exercises, videos, and resources provided by G.M. Collington Consulting Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Clients acknowledge that participation in services is voluntary. G.M. Collington Consulting Inc. and its founder are not liable for any personal, professional, or organizational outcomes resulting from the use of information, strategies, or guidance provided.

Governing Law

The laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, govern these Terms.
